Lightness and Versatility

Settepì

Made from vines approximately thirty years old, this pure Cabernet Sauvignon ferments in stainless steel to preserve all the varietal complexities. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in wood for a month, a necessary technical detail to integrate the tannins and give greater depth. The nose is rich with ripe fruit such as blackberry, plum, and currant, along with characteristic vegetal and balsamic notes. The structure is substantial and decisive, with excellent balance that accompanies the sip towards a spicy and persistent finish.

Disiro

Made from pure Viognier grapes, this wine undergoes gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. A brief stint in barrels enriches the bouquet without overpowering the fruit, lending it greater roundness and a pleasant complexity. On the nose, intense fruit notes such as pineapple, yellow peach, and mango emerge, followed by elegant hints of white flowers, flint, and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, the mineral flavor balances the grape's characteristic softness.

Nerobacco

A pure Merlot that expresses the centrality of the fruit through vinification and maturation conducted exclusively in stainless steel for at least twelve months. After malolactic fermentation, the wine spends a further several months in the bottle to soften its profile. On the nose, the aromas are dominated by small black fruits, morello cherry, and a controlled and elegant vegetal note. The palate is warm and full, characterized by velvety, never invasive tannins. A clean, persistent finish recalls blackberry and currant.

This Grechetto is the result of a blend of the Todi and Orvieto clones. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, it is a fresh, minerally wine with a very versatile and elegant drinkability. Serperosa - Rosé Sparkling Wine

Made from Sangiovese grapes, this sparkling wine follows the Martinotti (Charmat) method and ages in an autoclave for approximately two months. Its character is, overall, focused on freshness and fragrance, with delicate aromas of strawberry, small red fruits, and wild rose. On the palate, the bubbles are fine, elegant, and persistent. On the palate, it maintains a perfect balance between freshness and the pleasantly smooth finish typical of extra-dry sparkling wines.
