Power and Personality

Biccicocco

A more structured interpretation of the "classic" Merlot. It is vinified first in stainless steel before undergoing malolactic fermentation entirely in wood. Aged in new French oak barrels for over eighteen months, it imparts complexity and deep tertiary notes. The aromatic bouquet is intense, with hints of cherry jam, cocoa, roasted coffee, and spices. On the palate, it is intense, savory, and enveloping; the wood complements the varietal's identity, making the tannins velvety and ensuring a smooth, long-lasting finish.

Barbadoro

Made from a selection of Todi (70%) and Orvieto (30%) clones, this wine embodies the opulent soul of Grechetto. Alcoholic fermentation is followed by eight months of aging in French barriques, which enriches the bouquet with sweet and spicy notes. On the nose, it is complex, with aromas of yellow peach and acacia merging with elegant hints of vanilla, dried fruit, and toasted almonds. On the palate, it is powerful, decidedly savory, and features Grechetto's characteristic almondy finish.

Rubaconte

A pure Sangiovese rooted in Umbrian tradition, fermented in stainless steel and aged for twelve months in Slavonian oak barrels and French barriques. The aging in wood is essential for integrating the tannins and imparting greater sensorial smoothness. The aroma opens with notes of cherry and violet, enriched with hints of tobacco, black pepper, and cinnamon. On the palate, it expresses elegance and strength, with a well-balanced acidity and aromatic depth that makes it austere and captivating.
